One of my besties, Beth, who lives in Maine, posted this on Facebook today.
So funny… although I’m hoping not totally accurate. At this point, I’d settle for screwed or maybe even semi-f***ed.
Anyway, here in the Boston area, our family is all stocked up for the blizzard. We’ve got lots of food, some arts and crafts supplies for the tots and, obviously, the snowblower.
Most importantly, my husband and I have a healthy supply of our favorite wines in the basement.
One of these days, I’ll get back to blogging more regularly. The rounds of illness have been parading through the house since Christmas and it’s been a bit rough around these parts. I’m the last to get better, but I got a pile of medications during my most recent doctor visit, so I hope this will be wrapping up soon.
Until then, we’ll be enjoying this real-life snow globe that’s about to happen outside. Stay warm out there, everyone!
LOL!! All stocked up here on Long Island, NY!! Stay safe, healthy & warm!!

Hooray for the random craft projects I’ve been hiding in the basement like a squirrel for when we’re suddenly trapped inside for the foreseeable future!

Yes! I picked up baking ingredients as well.
But as it turns out, we were outside most of the day. It was balls-ass cold with the wind whipping up, but a lot of fun. Both kids fell asleep in seconds. Whee!
